Jan 3, 2012 · What I've done so far: Replaced the starter with a new Denso. Replaced all the wiring to the starter (positive cable and power wire.) Replaced the starter relay ($18 at the stealership.) Replaced the ignition fuse in the PDC (just for shoots and giggles.) Check the positive post at the fuse box and grounded at the “jump post”, 10v. Start the Durango and voltage at the battery goes to 16.7v, voltage at the fuse box is 10, 9, 8, 7, 6 dropping. Electronics go nuts, engine sputters and shuts off.
