Ice mage wins in mobbing, Fp is in an whole other level with bossing. I/L is a top tier mobber but average/below average bosser. F/P is pretty bad at mobbing up until 5th job, then it gets average. F/P is also an amazing bosser, one of the best. Bossing wise, F/P is better in raw damage.
