Great customer service. I have the Keter Factor 6x6 and the doors blew in during a winter storm. I thought that was the end of the shed and as it was less than 6 months old I was very disappointed. After looking at it for a couple of months I decided to mail Keter and I am delighted with their service. Keter has terrible Customer Service! I just tried to order a Keter replacement hinge on a shed (brought about 2 years ago so well inside the guarantee period.). The just don’t reply to any correspondence!
